Hi,

As long as you have sent the package with RFE original letter or at least copy of it, you should be fine. I hope you sent via express to make sure you get delivery confirmation, in case something happens you have proof that they infact did get the documents. Rest is up to them.

Yes USCIS some how love ACCO fastener.

Well If we have to give them document, plus we punched them as well for them, i think we should then process our cases as well.

I was trying to be sarcastic. The point is even if you give them in bindid form if they are careless or using your documents as coffee or donut coasters or good knows what else.

If you didn't do the usps delivery confirmation or usps express mail, then please make an infopass and ask the IO there whether they received your documents or not.

I hope it help. Hope you get approved soon.

Good Luck.

Hello.

You don't need to contact CSC (directly). If you call the 1-800 USCIS number they can check (calling CSC or something like that) if they received your RFE. At least is what they did with my last call to them. The operator told me me to wait 5min and she was contacting CSC to see what happened with my Biometric letter and then she opened a service request for my Biometrics.

Maybe that will help to clear your doubts about the RFE or maybe the operator will tell you what to do to confirm that.

Good luck.
