WOW wait to fast ... your I-130 is it for a K-3 Visa ?? Have you already sent one in ??

You need to do a timeline to help us help you (LAUGHING).

First you to your Visa application if you have not already done it.

LATER to change the persons status you UPDATE the G-632A form and there are samples of that here in VJ.

LOOK under (Guides) for information and LOOK under (Example Forms) to see what goes where.

More detail would really be helpful in helping you.

Should i fill one G325A for the I 130 + another one for the I 485?

OOOOopppsss I am to fast now .... th G325A is updated after the First set are sent in.

Laughing I should be doing this at work (I need to proof read what I write also)

SORRY ... but the first part is right .. read a little in the Guide area and the Sample Forms it becomes more clear as we all go along ...
