Hi,

I have few folks getting biometric getting before NOA. A lot of folks have been getting it in the past 3-4 months ago. If you don't get NOA like 30-45 days after USCIS receving your application, make an infopass appipnt and ask the officer to give a I-551 stamp on your passport which is equivalent to 1 yr temp GC.
