Hi,

Am new member of this site, and really thanks for this forum. Its meaning a lot for me.

I want to share about the worry and curiosity..

I registered as CR1 visa, and my daughter for CR2, NVC received the court adjudication for my completed custodian on June 23'2009. I sent this document based on letter from NVC on June 13'2009.

My husband worry if NVC will required another doc, such as permission from my ex husband, or other related docs.

For the information, In the court adjudication are mention :

1.The biological mother of the child awarded the complete custody

2.My ex husband could visit or invite my daughter to stay overnight during the certain time by taking account the condition of the child, and with permit or

at least knowledge of me as the holder of child custodian.

Thanks for attention, and really appreciate for open discussion or share the experiences. Three of us, me, my husband and my daughter, are counting the time, we are really hope on August we could leave Jakarta, because my daughter should start school in Portland, Oregon, on September 8'2009.

Hoping the best for all of us,

Rafa's mother :star:
