Hello Everyone, Just like to thank you all for the help, info and prayers. My family had their interview last Wednesday and their immigrant visa was approved. Thanks a lot. And i hope everyone will be over with their journey, too. I will still keep you all guys on my prayers. Goodluck and God Bless!! :)

alit how was your case going?? any updates??? odne's PD is i think March 2009. ur pd is oct 2008 right? mine is nov 2008, as i observed on how things going you dont really nead to wait that long like others to have interview shedule. its a matter of luck i guess. PD dont really matter as long as it shows current. goodluck to us guys...

how do you log in to check your case in NVC?

im still hoping for case complete... sent my ASO RFE and was in the system by aug 10. hopefully it wont take that long. your soo lucky everything was turning really fast for you. Goodluck in your interview... hope i get mine too soon

just call NVC's number you'll find it on the website or the mail they sent to you..just provide them your MNL number..it's much cheaper if the call came from US.

...thats right and based on what i observed..its best to call night time, its easier to connect and their night crews are nicer.

finally got my interview..15 days after my case completed..

i wasn't expecting it because it's Sunday.i was really surprised..and happy...

thank you guys for all your help

i just hope i'll pass my medical and this interview...

------USCIS-- married since March 28, 2005 - I130 filed: july 27, 2007

NOA #1: Aug 6, 2007 NOA #2: Oct. 29, 2009 - APPROVED

--NVC--December 12, 2009 - Case# generated from NVC

December 17, 2009 - hubby received his letter from NVC[/font]

April 13, 2010 - received DS-3032 via email

April 19, 2010 - sent back DS-3032 to NVC thru DHL (did not email a copy)

April 23, 2010 - DS3032 was received per operator and reviewed, received IV and AOS bill thru mail.

April 29, 2010 - paid AOS ($70) fee bill

April 30, 2010 - paid IV fee bill ($400.00 each beneficiary)

May 01, 2010 - AOS shows "PAID" in the system, printed cover sheet.

May 05, 2010 - iv bill shows "PAID"

June 24, 2010 - sent AOS via USPS/certified and prioritized

July 14, 2010 - received RFE. nvc is requesting again for Tax Transcript 2009

Sept 14, 2010 - Mailed RFE documents via usps

Sept 22, 2010 - mailed complete DS-230 via DHL

Oct 14, 2010 - received RFE about beneficiary's police clearances

Nov. 30, 2010 - sent corrected DS-230 with correct years of residency via USPS

Dec. 21, 2010 - CASE COMPLETED!!!

April 28, 2011 - interview date was set to JUNE 28, 2011 @6:30AM

June 15, 2011 - MEDICAL EXAM and will be back fri (6/17/11) for results

June 28, 2011 - Interview

July 12, 2011 - arrived at LAX - and we'll live happily ever after!

the court order was released just last week. my hubby is on his way to DFA for my stepson's passport which will be 15 days so i am not in a rush with my RFE too... NVC was telling me that they never received my 2009 tax transcript... i will be mailing them again next week.... im a little bit tired with all this but i know this feeling is just temporary... i will be again energized soon.... just over whelmed that the rest of my USCIS batch are already on their way to their interview....

hi mitch...my whole AOS package!! as ive posted before my AOS aint reach NVC so i sent the whole package once again... praying everything would be fine this time and hope they wont need something again or else that would take another delay.. i know what u feel now but dont u worry ours will come too in god's desired time. take ur time, slowly but surely, that would be better. cheer up!!!...ngiti lang tau yeah temporary lang lahat ng 2. nakapag-antay nga tau ng ilang taon what more pa ngaun na abot kamay na natin lahat. :D:D:D ill include you in my prayers...
