Hi. I'm now a U.S. citizen and I'm getting ready to file the I-130/I-485 concurrently for my parents to become LPRs. Does anyone know what I can do for my little sister, who is still their minor child (17)? I was under the impression that only immediate relatives can file the I-130/I-485 concurrently. Can I do this for her, too? Will this speed up her wait time? Thanks!!!
