I filled my I-485 two months ago, and today I was looking for my I-94 to get a driver's license and couldn't find it. I think I lost it while making copies of all my documents to send with the I-485. Do I need to apply for a new one before the interview? I don't care about getting a drivers license now, I just want to know if there will be a problem at the interview if the I-94 is lost.

Yes you will need to replace it. You can file form I-102 and pay $320.00 to get a replacement. Here is the link to the form you will need.

Better try to find it.

As TayRivers pointed out, it cost much of money and time.
