K3 form 129f

Can I a copy of the 325a i used when filing the intitial I130 application now that i recieved my NOA 1 on that process? Or do my wife and I need to fill out another 325a each to file with the 129f? Also do i really need to include a bunch of proof of relationship even we are married in this 129f package?

are the any expert immigration officials or ex officials on this site who answer these questions?

Hi Tom,

You can't copy the G-325A's from the I-130's...you must submit new ones...the same information of course will be there...but you have to have an original signature and where it says "this form is submitted in connection with"...you will check other and type/write I-129f.....you can use the online fillable form to save you some work filling up the form....hope this answers your question.

If you have a copy of the I-130 G-325As prior to signing and dating, you could re-print and sign and date them as long as the information is still current (which it may well be). You would need to change the purpose for which you are submitting the form, as jazzy points out.

The I-129f instructions tell you what information must be provided for a spouse rather than for a fiance(e).
