OK i understand it is a different application but the 864 seems like a form more for sponsoring a worker most of the questions on it do not even apply to a wife, as far as what they require for additional docs it doesnt seem like much 6 month paystubs, tax transcript noa2 thats pretty much it my question is if i am unable to file before her k-1 has expired (yes we are already married)..do i need to go ahead and submit our marriage certificate now or wait until i can file the aos which it is looking like will be after the expiration of the k-1

You will save a bunch of money if you do her at the same time. There is a heafty discount for children when applying with your wife.

Not sure of the exact numbers but the fee is much reduced for the child...

ALSO I BROUGHT HER DAUGHTER OVER AT THE SAME TIME ON A K2 DO I HAVE TO DO HER ON THIS AOS TOO OR CAN I DO HER ON A SEPARATE AOS
