Where to send DS 230

Hi VJ members,

I got an RFE for missing DS230 in email.Actually I was waiting for the local PCC to send DS230 packet.

My husband mailed it to me and I would be sending it to NVC by wednesday.

Do i need to send it with RFE cover letter to 31 rochestor address?should I put ATT.DR or CMR?

I still dont have my passport PCC Did anybody get an RFE for that?

Last week I called NVC and they told me that they got AOS package and are waiting for DS 230 packet.

NVC operator said that beneficiary can bring the Passport PCC to the interview.Hope I dont get an RFE again.
