Hi

I am gathering together all my paperwork for the AOS. I have a couple of questions if someone would be so kind as to send me in the right direction?

Part 1: Current USCIS Status: As I entered on a K1 Visa, what would be my USCIS status?

Part 3 1b: Been arrested or cited, charged etc etc: I was convicted of Drink Driving and went thru the whole process in the UK to get police certificates. Do I tick yes for this question then include all the police certificates and documents I presented at the London Interview?

Evidence

Medical Examination: In the notes to complete the I-485, it states:

'If you are a K-1 Fiance(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant finace(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report. Yu may include the vaccination supplement with your I-485.'

This seems cut and dry and that I go and get the 1 vaccination I need, get that put on the suppliment I was given in Nightsbridge and send that with the I-485.

Thanks you all and this is all very exciting.

Currently, you are a K-1 entrant with 90 day I-94. A visitor with option to adjust status. After expiration of I-94 and filing AoS, your staus is (for lack of better technical term) "pending AOS".

You need to be honest about prior arrest and may as well include the documents, they will ask for them. You are correct regarding the medical exam/vaccinations
