Oo normal delivery ako at ang labor ko alam mo 29 hrs at nag start ang contraction ko friday 2am nanganak ako monday morning subrang sakit kasi na transfer ako sa hospital from the birth center kasi mabagal ang dilation ko kaya binigyan ako Pitocin OMG subrang sakit parang hihingi na talaga ako ng Epidural pero naka set na ang mind ko kailangan ko syang ilabas without medication and I did the people from the hospital bilib sa akin kasi na kaya kung ilabas with Pitosin without Epidural subrang tapang ko daw at determined na mailabas ko sya, even the midwife from the birth center na nag panganak sa akin di makapaniwala sa akin sabi niya ngayon lang ako naka witness na ganyan katapang na ina for a long long time sa career nya : ) I'm really proud of myself sabi ng asawa ko bakit di mo sinabi sa akin na parang gusto mo na ang pain medication sabi ko kasi kaya ko pa naman awang awa sya sa akin ....

Tiny nga pero okey lang lalaki din yan mas mahalaga healthy baby natin di ba? I will kahit walang tulugan di naman matumbasan ng kahit ano ang bilang maging isang "INA" madaling maalala ang birthday ng baby ko kasi 8-9-10

Yes ur ryt, the last appt. ng pedia ng baby ko she weight 6'9 lbs. ,she was 2 weeks old that tym...malakas kasi dumede...i miss na talaga yong straight na tulog which is impossible na mangyari during this tym...Kahit pagod ok lang lalo na makita mo ang baby mo na nakasmile...

Congrats to the new mommies! If you're breastfeeding, you may want to do skin-to-skin at times...it does make a difference. Much as I wanted to, I only got to do that a couple of times kasi winter baby si maizy. Babies tend to sleep more if they're too warm or too cold, so you may want to watch the covers for them to feed more.

Anyways, such cute li'l girls....hooray for girls!!!! Haay...sarap magkababy...makes me want another itty bitty one Kaya lang, ayaw pa ni hubby...gusto daw nyang masubaybayan nang maige ang paglaki ng mga prinsesa nya.

Maizy is getting bigger....fast. Two weeks ago, ALL her onesies still fit her or had some allowance pa. Tonight, I am thinking about taking at least half of them down to the basement as they barely fit her. She will probably not be able to fit in them (lengthwise) after this week. And these are 6-9 month clothes....time to break out the 9-12 month batch of clothing.... She is taller than she is wide and is getting heavy so that it is really a chore now to carry her around in her carseat. In addition, her legs are getting scrunched up when we put her carseat in the car, so we may have to find a convertible, stay-in-car one soon. She says "Dada" and "Mama" readily, squeals when happy, laughs and giggles when asked if she made "poopy-loopy" (which usually means that she did ). I sit her down to watch disc 1 of "your baby can read" after breakfast and she is very attentive to it. She now takes at least 4 scoops (like the one in the can of formula) of mixed grains mixed with at least 2 oz of formula plus a 4 oz bottle of mixed fruit in the morning, all washed down with at least 2 oz of formula. This is followed a couple of hours later with an 8-oz bottle of formula and then she lays down for her first daytime nap. an hour later or so, she has mixed veggies (sometimes mixed with some cereal, depending on how watery the baby food is)and meat plus fruit juice, followed a couple of hours later with 6 oz of formula and her afternoon nap. suppertime consists of 3 scoops of cereal mixed with 2 oz formula plus a bottle of mixed meal (veggies plus meat) washed down with 2 oz formula. Then 8 oz of her night-time formula. She refuses to crawl and would rather scoot herself around and seemingly attempt to stand when she finds herself next to our respective lay-z-boys. She has not spent much time in her exersaucer anymore, preferring to play on the floor. Still loves her jumper and goes around the kitchen in her walker. And she just LOVES to seek out my hair and just hang on to it. Hands are VERY quick and will just grab anything within her reach and reach out for things to grab which are out of her reach...nearly pulled my plate off the table tonight within a few seconds of sitting her on my lap.

She is growing so fast that sometimes I want to just tell her to slow down a bit I wish she'd remain a little baby...just a little longer...

rose19--- wow tlga so proud of you girl..kc ako nag karo-on ako ng mucos plug 1pm pero wla pa ako nramdaman.. nka pg shower pa ako bgo kmi pumonta s ospital nag start young constraction mga 4pm mga 5 or 6 pm yun na masakit na tlga tpos akong kinabitan ng IV nag broke na yung water ko yun na tlga masakit na masakit halos ma eyak na ako s subrang sakit..kya cnabi ko i want epidural ehehehhe.. after OMG.. sarap ng pkiramdam na wla na ang sakit pero yun nga lng suka ako ng suka until my baby born.. nag start ako mg push mga 9 or 10 yata lumabas baby ko mga 11:35 ehehhehe.. dati nsbi ko ayoko ng epi cgro kng wlang epi ay ewan ko lng ehhehe,.,.

@Doc Gracey, same pala sila ni Zac na di na kasya yung mga 6-9 lol! lalo ng yung sleepers nya, mahaba yata kasi si Zac kaya yung mga sleepers nya eh di nya mashado mabanat legs nya kapag suot nya hehehe. Lalong nagiging cute si Maizy habang lumalaki

Zac will turn 8 months old 3 days from now. Grabe na rin sa kalikutan. He likes to grab EVERYTHING within his reach.

Nga pala, he fell off the bed two days ago I left him in our bed which I shouldn't have done. Dapat kasi sa crib ko iniwan kasi I already knew in the first place that he likes to scoot and he is starting to crawl na. I left him sleeping and suddenly I heard a very small sound of cry so I went to our room and saw him on the floor When I picked him up, I saw redness in his eyelid then I went straight to the living room where I was and told my dad-in-law that I found him on the floor. We never heard any "kalabog" at all maybe because he fell on the carpet floor which I was thankful (better than wooden floor). My DIL asked him "How are you baby?" and we felt much better kasi he immediately smiled at him and when I sat down and made him sat on my lap eh he smiled even more. Seemed like nothing wrong happened in him. I checked his head if there was any lump, checked his body if there was any bruise or broken bone and salamat at wala naman. I didn't put him to sleep til after 3 hours. Haaayy! Grabe! Naiyak talaga ako ng sobra specially nung time that I told it to my hubby when he came home from work. Kasi naman kung di ko cya iniwan dun eh hindi sana mangyayari yun. Til now eh nakatatak pa rin sa memory ko yung araw na yun na nakita ko cyang nakadapa sa floor Kaya wag na wag nyo ng iiwan baby nyo when he/she starts crawling or scooting na lalo na sa high places kasi delikado.

Good news naman, hehehe . I was happy to discover last few days ago that he can stand already by climbing into something and can hang on to it for few secs. Last night eh he took two steps without holding him pero syempre he can't totally balance himself kaya muntik matumba, nasapo ko lang kaya di natumba. Sobrang natuwa kami of what he did kaya napa-palakpak kaming lahat LOL!

no, pink he cannot swim all by himself pa. 12 saturdays lang naman yung lessons nya. basically the objective of the lessons is to have the baby get used to with the water environment and get socialized with other babies too. Sya nga pala I read your recent post about your baby fell off from bed, that reminds me of the same thing happened to Ethan twice. Hope Zac is perfectly fine.

@Doc Gracey, Nakalimutan ko pa lang itanong kanina. At night time ba kapag natulog si Maizy eh mahimbing na tulog nya as in di gumigising to drink some milk? Natanong ko lang kasi si Zac mmahimbing naman tulog pero gumigising ng at least twice everynight pata uminom ng milk. Lagyan ko lang ng bote sa bibig then drink cya ng mga 4 oz. then bibitawan na nya bote nya at balik tulog ulit. Actually nakapikit cya habang umiinom ng milk. Ganun din ba si Maizy?

ate rose ganyan talaga dito once di ka mag epidural napapabilib sila...kasi i guess maraming women na humihingi ng epidural...ako i wanted to have epidural kaso na late yung epidural ko kaya yun napaanak ako na walang epidural and you know di naman sya masakit when pushing....masakit lang yung part na pag nasa maybe 8-9cm dilated ka na... i had pitocin din kaso i never felt any pain sa mga contractions ko...i kept asking the nurse did you increse my pitocin already...hehehe kasi parang feeling ko di nagwowork eh...i even asked my nurse kung nagcocontractions ba ako hahahaha...dun ko na nafeel yung pain nung malapit na talagang lumabas...hehehe..cutie ang baby mo te.

pink, halos lahat ata ng bata na natutulog sa kama nakakaranas talaga na nahulog sa kama...baby ko so far wala pa naman and sana wag naman... muntik muntik lang and ako naman super mommy parang road runner napapatakbo ako ng mabilis just to get him hehehe..and baby ko he doesnt sleep straight pa rin sa night nagigising pa rin para dumede and yes dede lang then tulog ulit... and sabi raw nila once walang nakakakita yung angel ng babies natin sinasalo sila when they fall sa bed...hehehe

update sa baby ko...he can sit now which im so happy about...he can crawl, he can stand and now he can sit hehehe...he can stand by himslef na rin paminsan minsan na walang hinahawakan but he can only do that when he is not aware nakatayo sya by himself... nakakatayo sya maybe 5 to up seconds...and kahapon first time namin syang nilagay sa shopping cart...para syang little boy na hehehe kaya yun bumili kami nung shopping cart cover na rin para he look like a little boy na rin... he can climb na rin...sana lang makalakad na rin sya... kasi its really fun na if he can walk na rin...

Si Zac mga 3 weeks ago eh nilalagay na namin cya sa shopping cart. Nung una natatakot ako kasi baka matumba cya sa pagkaka-upo tas mauntog ulo sa metal nung cart (mashado lang yata ako mag-alala )pero nakakatawa kasi nakahawak yung dalawang kamay ni Zac dun sa cart para di cya mahulog LOL! Ang galing nga eh asi di naman namin cya tinuruan nun basta kumakapit cya the whole shopping time. One time nakita ko cya na ginagrab yung isang item sa store tas yung isang kamay nakakapit pa din hehehe. Parang naninigurado cya na huwag cyang mapatumba lol!

Kakatuwa talaga mga bata lalo na sa mga facial expresions nila sa mga bagay na first time pa lang nilang nakita.

di kasi namin naisip na a upuin sya sa shopping cart before kasi nga di pa sya marunong umupo before then baka nga rin mauntog sya sa metal...hehehe same tayo ng iniisip... then sa mga store kasi dito worn out na yung strap sa cart then kahapon nagpunta kami sa babies r us kasi yung carts nila eh di pa worn out yung straps kasi they just opened thier store here sa hawaii parang last year ata or last two years so yun... yung baby ko naman kumakapit sa metal na nasa harap nya then yung isang kamay kumakapit sa metal sa likuran nya kasi parang gusto nyang humarap pa sa front hehehe...

di lang yung mga babies natin yung mga may first time kasi tayo rin mga parents may first times din with our babies with thier moments...habang nagshoshopping kami wala kaming ginagawa ng hubby ko kundi tingan lang yung baby namin habang nakaupo sa cart hehehe...

nagigising pa talaga baby ko... then ang aga ring magising kasi maaga rin yung tulog nya minsan... then pag nakita nyang tulog pa kami ginigising nya kami... kaya eto bitin ako sa tulog...

Yes mga mommies nanganak na ako hehehehe subrang happy at hangang ngayon nanginginig pa tuhod ko pero okey lang di naman mabayaran ng pera ang lahat na hirap di ko talaga ma explain ang sarap ng feeling first time na mahawakan ko ang baby ko...: )
