What BS! Atlanta has the second highest traffic congestion in the U.S., a limited water supply with a recent drought and a poor public transit system in MARTA. Only the airport could justify a high ranking due to it being the busiest airport in the world.

Seeing rankings by category would have been nice. I suspect the airport is what got them into the top 15.

Yep, reminds me of the Futurama episode "Oh, no! We're much more than just a Delta hub!"

Anyone who thinks Atlanta has good public transport has clearly never ridden the steaming pile of poop that is MARTA

washington dc and houston?

Did you notice that with the exception of Sydney, most American cities on that list actually outperform most Australian cities on the list?

Nice try but you may want to look at the section you skipped over, aka the main survey, which was about quality of living. Lets look at those rankings.

With regards to infrastructure, you do realize (probably not as you are dumb) that Australia has had a huge population increase over the last 5 years. Therefore, infrastructure has not been able to catch up with the growth. As a matter of fact, I recently used NJ rail to get to NY and can say that the trains in Melbourne utterly destroy Jersey's rail system.

PS If you want to talk about infrastructure, the government just announced FTTH, for every household, at a cost of $43 billion. What's Jersey doing? Apart from producing more moronic sounding idiots like yourself.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.
