At what point you will get your Temporary green card?

How long do u have to wait after you get your temp GC to get your permanent GC?

one last question, can you still withdraw your I-130 after she/he had recieved her/his temprorary green card? Or you must do it before they get their TEMPorary Green Card?

There is NO SUCH thing as a temp green-card other than an I-551 stamp in a passport. The green card is for a Lawful PERMANENT resident, if it is issued before 2 years of marriage it will be a 2 year CONDITIONAL card, approved after 2 years of marriage it will be a 10 year UN-CONDITIONAL card.

You cannot withdraw an I-130 AFTER a person has a green-card only before, doing so before derails a pending I-485 and the person will not get an green-card.

MOVING this to AOS forum.

Yes, I-130 is the basis on which the I-485 is processed, if I-485, OR the K-3 simply waits and processes the I-130 through NVC and gets a CR-1 IMMIGRANT visa the I-130 is considered to be satisfied.
