Hi!

I am back with a few updates, one being that my daughter was born on April 11, she's finally here. We just send in our online application for her birth certificate. Now were moving on to the Visa stuff and her birth stuff in U.S. Because my fiance is a US born citizen she automatically becomes as well, do we fill out the counsular report of birth now/before or with the fiance application?

Hello Amanada, and welcome to VJ! Congratulations on the birth of your daughter!

You should be filling out the birth abroad forms and submitting your own visa stuff right now. You can do these simultaneously.

Thank you, yea we are going to apply for the fiance visa. Were actually planning a trip down to florida(where my fiance lives in US) sometimes in May as soon as we receive her birth certificate and passport done here. Were also going to apply for the visa while were there.
