What to write in an expedite letter.

So, my husband and I just found that we're eligible for military expedite. But what would we put on the letter? >_< I remember there being a post about this, but I can't seem to locate it. I know to include his name, rank, base, and the request. But does anyone have a draft, or has done this already?

You just write the reason why you want expedite. Enclose copy of your NOA 1 or just call USCIS and request expedite via phone, and tell them your husband is military. Start there, and see what they tell you to do from there.

Hi,

Do a search on this Forum for the threads 'Expedite Tips' and "military spouses' (by Kipandsarahjayne) and read those. All you need is in there. It is important to get the letters right from the start (refer to 'DOD National Interest Situation') or you might lose extra time.

If you do not find the info or you need more help, let me know. We got the expedite already.
