Received a touch last week

Timeline

filled case back in December 15th and have not received a single touch since... I received the NOA1 on the 18th and the online status still show as NOA1 processed. not a single touch and have not received any letter. checking mail box everyday... I hope someone is working on my case...

by the way, what is ignore list?

K1 Timeline

2008/12/15 I-129F Sent.

2008/12/16 I-129F Received by CSC: AND NOA1 issued same day.

2008/12/18 I-129F Check cashed

2008/12/20 NOA1 Received

2009/04/28 Touched (Detail info did not change. Just the date has changed. NOA2???)

2009/04/29 NOA2 Approved (Received email notification)
