jst wanna ask about my friend's case. Her husband petition her (CR-1) and their 2 yrs old son. Does he have to pay only $370 ? Or he have to pay each member and pay $740? He said the child would be automatically carried on by the mother since its their child, but as what i know, payment is per person. Is the guy right and i'm wrong?

Need your reply guys. My friend is really confused about me and her husband.

Each beneficiary "Immigrant" must have their own paperwork submitted to USCIS to immigrate. The cost is now $355.00 per petition/per person. Regardless of age. So a child can not be carried on the mothers petition automatically.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
