what if K1 visa approved?

Hi i just want to ask this, what if i have my interview next month(May)? and my K1 visa is approved? would it be ok to stay here for a while then leave in August?

Thanks i hope to get an aswer from you guys, before i sched our interview date.

You would be fine with that. The visa is valid for 6 months.

I've just got mine, and I am not leaving until the end of May.

Just remember your visa is only valid for 6 months and you have to get married within 90 days of your arrival if you are going to the USA.

Just remember your visa is only valid for 6 months and you have to get married within 90 days of your arrival if you are going to the USA.

You would be fine with that. The visa is valid for 6 months.

I've just got mine, and I am not leaving until the end of May.
