Go here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/logon.do

Under the entry boxes (for username,password) click Register, go through the process of registering.

Sign-in once registered, click "here" where it says "To add a case to your portfolio click here". Add your case number from the N0A1, after adding you can click the case number for more details. If case update date is diffrent then date thats on the page after you click the case number, you've been touched.

I HAVENT REGISTER YET..but when i filled the application # this one come out

Your case can not be found at this time in Case Status Online. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

do i need to register first?

Try to register, thats what I did (and i can see mine)... theres a possibility maybe they havent updated it yet- Ive read on here sometimes they never update (hence you never get to see the status.).

Once the app is already forwarded to NVC, the case status is not updated online anymore. My fiance had to call NVC to get our case number. He also received a letter from NVC informing him that our case was already forwarded to the USEM.
