Sending advice for Nebraska

Hi guys,

Need a little help!

My fiance and I are currently filling out our K1 visa application forms. We noticed that we have to send it to Nebraska from Ohio. Now here's where we're confused....

here it says

"All application packages should be sent to:

USCIS National Records Center

FOIA

PO Box 648010

Lee's Summit, MO 64064-8010"

but then it says

"Please use the correct P.O. Boxes and Zip Codes listed here to mail your application/petition.

I-129F

P.O. Box 87130

Lincoln, NE 68501-7130"

So where do we send our application to? Do we send one part to the top address and the I-129F to the one below that?
