Hi!.. just want to know who's going to SLEC tomorrow. and also, i wanna ask what time is good.. if i go in the morning, will it be done around 2pm? :huh:

I-130 Application

09-06-2007 - Sent the I-130

01-02-2008 - Recieved NOA1

05-01-2008 - NOA2 approved!

05-09-2008 - Recieved hard copy of NOA2

05-16-2008 - Recieved the AOS Fee Bill with Manila Case number

05-18-2008 - Sent Choice of Agent via email

07-29-2008 - Recieved IV bill from the mail

09-10-2008 - Paid the I864 bill and IV bill

09-16-2008 - NVC mailed the Instruction packet agent to my hubby

09-28-2008 - Received hard copy of the instruction packet agent

09-29-2008 - Received the I864 packet

03-02-2009 - Hubby sent the I864 and DS230 to NVC

03-06-2009 - NVC received I-864, under review

03-10-2009 - NVC received DS230, under review

03-13-2009 - I-864 complete, still reviewing the DS230

03-19-2009 - Under NVC final review, the operator told me that i need to redo my DS230

03-23-2009 - CASE COMPLETE!!!

03-25-2009 - GOT A MAY 7 INTERVIEW!!!

03-26-2009 - received appointment letter from NVC through email

03-31-2009 - 1st day Medical

04-01-2009 - 2nd day Medical. PASSED!

04-02-2009 - NVC sent docs to USEM

05-07-2009 - USEM Interview.. VISA APPROVED!!!

05-12-2009 - Finally got my VISA!!!

05-27-2009 - Flight to OK

03.15.2011 -------package says "Delivered"

03.30.2011 -------ASC Appointment Notice Received

04.22.2011 -------Biometrics Appointment

08.29.2011--------APPROVED! GC RECEIVED!

06.28.2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy received (9 days from the day they got our papers)

07.05.2010 - Received Biometrics Schedule (July 26)

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)

if you go early, youll finish by noontime. some people line up as early as 4am. good luck.

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

We are finished with the medical but will be in Manila April1 to prepare for the interview. Good Luck in the medical and just relax and get good rest before it.

i just wanna say good luck on your medical :star:

if you go early, youll finish by noontime. some people line up as early as 4am. good luck.

We are finished with the medical but will be in Manila April1 to prepare for the interview. Good Luck in the medical and just relax and get good rest before it.

goodluck on your medical! hide your snacks carefully so the guard wont confiscate it.. :thumbs:

I went to slec at 4 am and got done at 10 am. It depends on what day you will go.

I guess that time the SLEC was not so busy.

Bring your jacket :P

If your first day starts in the morning...you will be told to come back in the morning too the next day for your second day medical (which is immunization and releasing). In my case, i went there @ 12:00 noon and was able to get out around 5:30 pm. Then my next appointment hour is also in the afternoon the same day...so its just like the same..If you will fall in line @ 4 am and get out @ 12 it would be like 8 long hours straight. But its all up to you. Its good you have an option. If you're a morning person go in the morning.

October 27, 2008 - K1 petition sent to VSC

October 29, 2008 - NOA1 received

--no touches, no FRE's--

March 04, 2009 - NOA2 received in email

March 09, 2009 - case left from NVC to USEM Manila

March 24, 2009 - called USEM to set an interview appointment

March 24-25 - Medical

April 23, 2009 - INTERVIEW----PASSED!

April 27, 2009 - Visa ready for pick-up

April 27, 2009 - CFO Seminar

May, 02 2009 - Flight to USA (Phils,-Japan-Houston-Huntsville AL)
