I'm requesting that those of you who are more 'up to speed' than me on IMBRA take a look at this thread currently being debated.

You have to read through it a bit to get to my musings about IMBRA.

I can see where the provisions of IMBRA specifically may be unrelated to the dilemna the OP is potentially creating for himself. But - I have wondered all along what the 'multiple filing' provisions of IMBRA will do to the process. At the very least I see it adding some more time to the process.

Do any of you here have anything of value to add to this thread? Or am I just being overly cautious/dismal?
