since you are going for K-3 you also need to go for CR1.

K-3 - about 165.00 < check current fee as they change >

Cr1 - 185. 00 for I-130 procssing < check current fee as they change

then 70.00 fee for I864< check current fee as they change

then 380.00 fee bill< check current fee as they change

then cost of medical, passport, passport pics for both of you.

btw, its the same even if you go K-1

I was wondering how much would the whole K3 process cost. My g/f and I are considering getting married overseas very seriously, and I want to know how much money we will have to come up with. Thank you...

You must first file I-130 =$190

Then when you get the notice from that you can send I-129F(K3)=$170

if you follow the k3 you will then have to pay, medical fee+visa fee+ a tiny fee to have the passport delivered to your door!!

The main costs are when you get to the US & AOS!!

or you can still interview at your hom consulate, which ever you choose its still a bit pricey....

AOS fee bill.$70

IV bill=$380
