Immigration enforcement is the federal gov't charge..not local and state law enforcement duty..i want my cops...arresting dangerous criminals and making the streets safer..not chasing down illegals for federal funds.,..

Do you want your cops to deport dangerous criminals who are illegal?

The Feds have that jurisdiction, not Sheriff Arpaio wannabes.

Correct. Do you want your local cops to call ICE if they arrest a dangerous criminal who they know is here illegally?

Sure. I believe law enforcement already has the ability to confirm identity at the Federal level. I wish all local jurisdictions would be streamlined in their informational access to make things like 287g unnecessary so that law enforcement could focus on law enforcement and not immigration policy.

Illegal + dangerous criminal + arrest = ID hit => dangerous illegal => Feds instantly notified.

By ID we're talking biometrics and databases. And *gulp* DNA database of individuals with probable cause proven for trial.

What if there's no ID hit?

Illegals are unlikely to be in the Fed ID database, unless they are repeat offenders.

Then its created since they are being arrested for committing a crime by law enforcement. ;)
