Okay so we have read the guides and we have the paper work accordingly, our question is we do not have to submit any other evidence besides what is listed in the guides? No proof of living together, children's birth certificates or bank account statements? Or is that something optional we can include.

BTW my husband came in on a K-3 visa, if that makes any difference. We were waiting to adjust closer to our second anniversary so our approval would be a 10 year green card instead of two, and if I am wrong about that please correct me to :blink:

07-28-08:Visa Received (AP Hell 73 days)

08-02-08:US Entry (K-3)

08-05-08: Sent EAD package to CSC

12-07-08: Finally recvd EAD

04-20-09: AOS sent

07-23-09: AOS Interview-APPROVED!

I think I read a post on here the other day where someone on a K3 mailed the AOS just before the 2 yr anniversary and they ended up with a 2 yr greencard. I may be mistaken. Is it possible to wait until after your anniversary or does it not fall within your time limits?

10/13/2009 - Card Production Ordered (Again?)

10/19/2009 - Green Card Received (Dated 10/13/19)
