I am going to apply to remove the CR status. I wonder if the documents I have are enought to satisfy the requirement. Here are documents that we have:

Joint Bank Account for more than 2 years

Joint Life and Vehicle Insurance

Joint Vehicle registration (Just recently registered about a month), I bought this car for about 5 months now, but recently added my wife's name on the vehicle's title as OR.

Rental Application

Joint tax returns in the last 2 years.

4 Notarized Witness Affidavits from our family members and friends.

I wonder if these documents are sufficient enough for me to get through the process.

We only have photos in special events like birthday parties.

P/S: We don't have the joint cell phone account since my wife's cell phone line is with her family. The cell phone company doesn't let me added in the contract because they already had the maximum number of 5 lines. Does this make my application any bad?

What is the estimated percentage of me getting the approved for the CR removal?

you can add health insurance,

utility bills,

state id/drivers license showing same home address.

letters/cards addressed to you both.

Most people who have a valid loving marriage would have life insurance and a will for their mate if they care about them. Some even have a trust.

Evidence of side by side burial plots would "drive the nail in"!!!!

You mentioned rental application, what about the lease....because I think it is the lease they are requesting. Also, like others said utility bills, other memberships like AAA or Sams club. Joint phone if available. Joint Cable. Try to cover all areas of your life together.
