I came to America to share my whole life with my hubby!!! (L)(L)(L) I missed my family, friends and the fresh tropical fruits! :star:

The original post is absolutely right!:thumbs::thumbs: But it depends on the individual/couple that put themselves into a big debt. My hubby and I live within our means. We are not an accountant but we manage our financial really good (specially now a days!) We have a cash flow worksheet each month (expenses/monthly cost/income & etc). We separate "our wants from our needs" and spend money wisely! I'm glad that my family back home knows na hindi kami namumulot ng pera sa daan. They are contented of what we give them every two weeks. Thanks mom and dad!

My life in America is good! I work and go to school part-time (I like & enjoy what I'm doing). We enjoyed our countless vacation without breaking our bank accounts. Our secret? A budget plan, and save... save... save... more money and enjoy our life to the fullest. Thanks to my hubby's big bucks!

Lastly, don't make the credit cards as an emergency rescue! Have an eight-month emergency savings fund and have other savings fund. Don't use credit cards for buying clothes, groceries & etc.

Have a good 2009 action plan everyone!

Cheers!

pls translate in in english. i beg you pls pls pls

Hilarious!

I love the life I embrace here in United States same as life I had in Philippines, but I can say that here in US is a lot better in some ways. I'm study and work part-time. My husband isn't rich, but has stable job and live comfortably even on this recession time.

God bless you all.
