Just an update:

No green card yet and no further touches. I'm going to schedule another info pass to find out whats wrong now.

I also have not heard any about the work permit and the Wife's permit expired today and she lost her job. Oh well, what's $2,000 a month in despoable income... right?

Woohoo, gotta love the USA. 14 months and counting on this AOS that was transfered to Cali for "speedy" processing and has no interview needed according to the last Infopass.

2-22-08 - I-485 rev'd

2-27-08 - NOA1

3-17-09 - Transferred to Cali.

4-12-08 - Biometrics

4-22-08 - Touch

4-28-08 - EAD received.

...waiting...

3-04-09 - Had to renew the EAD :(

3-04-09 - Got annoyed at being outside of the processing window

3-04-09 - Called and they confirmed. Will contact me within 45 days.

3-05-09 - Date on the EAD NOA1

3-12-09 - Received a confirmation email that I am outside of the window and will get a decision in 60 days.

3-12-09 - TOUCH!!!

3-27-09 - Touch!

5-09-09 - Randomly received the renewed EAD Card... w/ wrong A# :(.

We got the EAD card 1 week after her job termed her do to her old one expiring... yey.

Going for an infopass tomorrow morning. I am now past the 90 days the 1-800 number told me to wait in an email.

2-22-08 - I-485 rev'd

2-27-08 - NOA1

3-17-09 - Transferred to Cali.

4-12-08 - Biometrics

4-22-08 - Touch

4-28-08 - EAD received.

...waiting...

3-04-09 - Had to renew the EAD :(

3-04-09 - Got annoyed at being outside of the processing window

3-04-09 - Called and they confirmed. Will contact me within 45 days.

3-05-09 - Date on the EAD NOA1

3-12-09 - Received a confirmation email that I am outside of the window and will get a decision in 60 days.

Infopass today. Found out that they changed my wife's A# in april... I don't know whats up with that, but that's what the IO said and is why she has a new A# on her new work card. They said we were scheduled for processing in janurary and they started working on it and stopped. The IO called her supervisor to come over and they sent us back to the waiting area while they talked about it. The lady called us back and said she has no idea why they stopped and that nothing is wrong. She said she sent an email requesting the CSC to locate and process the case. She then gave me a print off w/ a code on it as proof she sent the email, but did not provide the email.

I'm hoping to see a touch this week if her email means anything.
