Form 601 Waiver question

Hi to all!

I have searched all forums for a topic close to the one I am submitting without luck. I have found some info but I am not sure how up to date it all is.

I had my AOS interview Dec. 17th 2008. My interview officer told us that the only reason we had an interview was because of my lack of vaccines. She said we would need to file a waiver. She got her superior to initial a certain form which she then mailed to me. I had to fill out form 601 and write a letter stating my beliefs were for religious convictions. I mailed it, including the filing fee of $545 USD in the beginning of January. They needed to have it back no later then the 17th of January. About a week after I mailed it, I received a receipt for my check and a letter saying they will notify me if they need anything more. I've left everything as it was. I haven't talked to them about it and I also have not heard anymore. Now my question is: How long does it take to get my greencard after filing the 601 form? My immigration officer told me that that was all they needed to grant me my greencard. She told me that I had filed everything else correctly. I have read from other places that it can take up to 15 weeks to get a reply back from them after filing the 601. Does anyone have knowledge in this sorta case? I would appreciate any answers. You can look at my timeline in my signature for when I filed AOS.
