clarification on n400 question

i am about to send my n400 application based on a 3 yr marriage of a USC. im a little confused on part G "How many times has your current spouse been married?"- my husband has been married twice, ours is his second. on part G questions:

1. prior spouse last name- is this my husband's ex?, and if yes, maiden or her last name while married to my husband?

2. prior spouse immigration status- is it also my husband's ex?

3. date of marriage- their marriage right?

please help me. thanks

YES,YOU NEED TO WRITE HER MAIDEN NAME

YES,YOU NEED TO WRITE HER MAIDEN NAME

thanks for the reply cookie. so i will write her maiden name even if until now she is still using my husband's last name? she did not change her name until now...(sucks)

you also need to send their divorce certificate.. just write her lastname whatever you see on divorce cert. if she is still using your husband's lastname.. write that one
