Worth doing Infopass?

I filed my I-751 (divorce waiver)... See timeline. I received an RFE on Feb 5 2009. I mailed it in on Feb 6 and USCIS got in on Sat Feb 7.

I didn't have any LUD on my online status since Biometrics. Nothing for the RFE. I have delivery confirmation for the RFE that I sent back... I called USCIS 1800 number and they just told me to wait 60 days and they couldn't tell me anything new.

Is there any benefit to me doing an Infopass to see what is going on with my case or will the IO not have any more info other than what is shown on my online status?

Its only been 20 days since you sent the RFE back, They need time to look at the evidence you sent. I would say if you have not heard anything by the end of March that would be the time to go to infopass.

My RFE notice had a deadline for me to respond of mid March. If they lose my response, I don't want them to think that I've abandoned my application.

You have a delivery conformation so you know they have got it. If they were to claim they never received it you have the proof that they did.
