Guys, one more question though, I called the US Embassy a while ago and the customer representative told me that I need to fill out the DS-156 form online then after filling that out a barcode will be generated and I have to print that out and bring that on my interview, have you heard anything about this step? Also, I cannot find the link on the US Embassy website about it.

I used my miles to get this ticket! All those trips add up quick! We are staying at the LaCorona Best Western Hotel. It's a block or two from the Embassy. I paid $60/night for each room. We will be there from the night of the 13th (very late) until the morning of the 16th when we go to Olongapo where Luz lives. I have already sent Garya505 a PM about having dinner. If you want we could make it a party! I plan on taking Luz and her son Robin to a resturant in Chinatown called MegaStar. They have hot-pots there and Luz and I LOVE THEM! Lets all get together and make a night of it!

Gary, got rooms at Executive Plaza for $32 a night and will arrive on 14 Feb. with our interview on the 15th, I would like to get together with everyone that is in the area. How does the 15ht sound? I am sure we can find the Mega Star even though I have never been there. Just give us a time. Do you have a Philippine cell phone? PM me if you do and I'll send you both of our cell numbers. Yes I am there that much thet the SIM nor load ever expires.

I bought a PIN last night for the $18. I did get a live person but she wasn't very helpful. I asked her when I might expect to hear when I might know when our interview was and it was like I was speaking a foreign language to her. I must have asked at least 3 different ways and all she could keep saying was, it might take as long as 180 days. I'm so depressed.

It looks like you and i are in the same boat birdsboy, i called them and get no happy results also...

Its so weird that we got screwed at the csc,nvc and again at the embassy level also.

They held our petition in the csc mailroom for 1 month before forwarding to nvc and then this happens also.

I sure would like to get a break from all this ####### they are dealing our way.

Well atleast this way me and my fiancee will deffinatly get a chance to get our baby's citizenship papers and passport taken care of before the interview and maybe we can do all the interviews at 1 time.

I just wish there was a supervisor or someone that oversees this whole process that i could contact and get some real answers as to why we got skipped again.
