Hello VJ users, my wife is about to send the I-864 to NVC after it was requested by them. She curently does not have a job and hasnt worked for the last 3 years because she is trying to finish her education first, so her dad is the one that is sponsoring us. I know that one of them has to fill up the I-864 and the other has to fill the I-864A. My question is which one does my wife have to fill and which one does her dad have to fill. They live in the same adress and everything so would that be a contract between the sponsor and a household member. How does this work?? How can we do it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! MANY THYANKS!!!!! :)
