We sent out the package on 2/13, just check our bank a/c the check has been cashed but didn't get NOA. Can anyone tell us y?

02/19/09 - Check cashed

02/23/09 - NOA for AOS, EAD and AP

02/26/09 - Biometrics Appointment Notice received

03/02/09 - RFE letter received in the mail

03/09/09 - RFE sent to Lee's Summit

03/12/09 - Case resumed (Thanks GOD)

03/13/09 - Biometrics for AOS/EAD / Case viewable online (YAY)

It is logical to think that check cashing happens first before NOA1. Do you think?

USCIS has to confirm if the issued check as payment has sufficient funds, before issuing NOA.

We sent out the package on 2/13, just check our bank a/c the check has been cashed but didn't get NOA. Can anyone tell us y?

02-20-2014 1st Service Request created for delayed biometric appointment letter

03-01-2014 Received 'yellow' letter in the mail

03-28-2014 2nd Service Request created since the 1st request had no response from the assigned Service Center

04-07-2014 Received biometric appointment letter in the mail

04-25-2014 At last, my biometric appointment!!!!

06-09-2014 Interview - recommended for approval!

09/12/2008 - 2 NOA's received (I-130, I-485) - Dated 09/08/08

09/16/2008 - Received notice for biometrics appointment on 09/30/2008

09/20/2008 - Biometrics done - Walk in (Orlando) Took 10 minutes

09/22/2008 - I-485 viewable online (pending, of course)

09/30/2008 - Biometrics Appointment (2pm)

12/30/2008 - Received Interview Letter

hmm..we are also waiting for ours ..... yours isnt that too long. we sent our I129F on 31-1-09 and yet to receive the noa1 so chill !! :P
