Hi, guys!! I really appriciate if you could tell me your experience and give me any advice.

My husband asked you questions before and we thank you all to gave us advice.

Now, we know CR-1 is the best visa, but I am having an interview for K-3 visa soon and will enter the US with K-3 visa, because i already made an appointment for the interview and had a health check with my K-3 Visa case#. My CR-1 visa process is about to pay IV bill which seems like close to end. Is it possible to enter the us with K-3 and keep the process at NVC and once my case is completed go back to Japan to have an interview there to get CR-1? or Is it possible to have an interview in th US for CR-1 without filing AOS?

I am sorry if my english is not very good and hard to understand.

Thanks for taking your time!
