Hi Everybody! Im new here. I need help adjusting my status.

I came to the states when I was 12 with my parents with B2 Visa, so my visa had expired. I got married in January 2009. My husband is a citizen, he is a full-time student. So he doesn't have enough income to support me, but my mother in law is going to sponsor.

So I don't know what kind of forms do we need to fill out?

And How do we give evidence to prove that the marriage is not a fraud? We've been going out since high school, we are too young to own a house, or anything. We don't have bank accounts together. So what should I do?

One more question, and how long does it take for my social security card, because we live in N.C, and my License has expired :crying:

2nd: about 4 month to have SSN card

I-751 Removal of Conditions Timeline

I-751 Date : 06/26/10

NOA1 Date: 06/28/10

Biometrics: 09/15/10 - Early Walked in done on 08/27/10

RFE date: 11/01/10

RFE responded: 11/18/10

Approved: 12/02/10 ( 11:19 am) Email and text messages with - card production

---------------12/03/10 (9:48 am) Another text message - Status has been updated; still card production

---------------12/06/10 (7:48 pm) Text and Email - "we mailed you a notice that we have approved this CRI89"

---------------12/09/10 Physical Green Card Received
