There is a fee charged to callers by the Call Center for its services. In my case I was charged PhP 600 for a 6 minute call to schedule an interview

the best time to call is 8am-9am because it is hard to get through the line after 9am as what i've experienced. it will cost you a lot of money if you keep redialing remember once you call USEM every second counts, every second must be paid. so better be early when you call. God bless.

No. : (632) 301-2000 extension 2555, 2246 Consular Section....i talked to a lady named grace and she was really helpful and very nice..those other numbers 909 and 1-888 are just visa infomation services(sced an interview and robot replies)..they told me somthing totally diff and read what they were saying to me from a piece of paper, she was even eating something while talking to me so i couldnt understand her that well....GL

Do I need to call St. Lukes to schedule the medical before calling the Embassy to schedule the interview?

Can I call the US State Department number to schedule the visa interview or do I have to call the USE Manila ?

Hello!

The medical does not need to be scheduled, its first come first serve. USEM advises a medical 2 weeks before the interview.
