Hey Guys,

Thank you....

You can file for K3, but my personal suggestion is that you should go for CR1/IR1 instead of K3. Why??? Because 1) CSC is very fast and you should be approved within 6 months 2) Before Feb 2008, NVC was doing Document processing for CR1/IR1, that meant that US embassy in Islamabad was sceduling interviews in Pakistan and it was taking 6 months or more after the file went from NVC, BUT NOW, NVC is sceduling interviews here and it is taking only two months, so if u file for K3, it is going to take almost the same time

3) K3 is hectic and expensive because you have to go through AOS process here in the US

Good luck!!

This is what i gathered so far....

IR/CR1 Process is just a Green Card Process, meaning what i applied for currently is IR/CR1? Is that correct?

K3- Is a visa where i can apply for after getting my NOA I-797C for I-130 submittal?

I am just double checking since.... after reading many post or guides i am a bit confused.

I should apply for K3 visa? If i do so how long will it be before approval?

Thanks
