MIX AOS INTERVIEW IN BALTIMORE MD

WE have a AOS interview at Baltimore MD this morning, the officer ask few quesations and ask for some papers like W2 and tax informations then he went to make copies, he return after 10 mins and told us that paper work is all right but i can't approve it today coz, he said i have another file there with immigration on 80s he want to pull that file and intact with my file then he will send me approval notice by mail. What is this means does any one have any idea.

We had something similar happen to us there. Guy said everything was OK at the interview, but couldn't approve the AOS because of he not having some file. Interview was the end of June 2002 and approval was August 8th 2002.

If things go too long contact Senator Barbara Mikulski's immigration laision, helped us a few times.

Yes the gye told me my case will be approved with in 6 weeks.
