Police clearance? NBI claerance? or both?

Hello everyone? Just need to ask those who had already submitted their ds230 and those who are done with the process.... do we need to send both police clearance and NBI clearance? I was reading through the documents required to go with the DS230 and it says police clearance from all the municipality where the benifciary had lived since age 16 but I'm also reading some posts that both NBI and police clearance were submitted. Does NVC require both or a Police Clearance will be sufficient? Thanks!

Geezer, do you know if the NBI clearance is required? We are about to send my wife's DS-230 as well and didn't include the NBI clearance as of yet because it wasn't listed. Does NVC need it or just take it with us to the interview?
