Hello me and my wife have recieved a letter that she/we will go on our interview to get greencard so we were wondering what questions do they ask?? We been dating for 4 years and married last August. We had a little wedding but are preparing for a bigger wedding on July 17th.

1. I want to know what "proof of marriage documents should we bring with us?

2. What questions did they ask someone else?

Our interview is in Philadelphia on Callowhill st. So if someone went for theres before please assist me.

Thanks!!

Just had our interview today on Callowhill street in Philly. It went good. They were a little behind schedule due to the snow storm. Once we got in there we had to wait for at least an hour past our appointment time. Be sure you have your correct ID, as you will not even be allowed in the door without it.

Our interviewer was an asian woman, and it was at times hard to understand her. She was really nice though, and took her time going through everything. She asked my husband the questions first, his name, DOB, Job details, and how he met me.

Then she asked me the same questions.

Me and my husband have a huge age difference so we were seperated and asked a few additional questions, I guess to verify that we were legally married for the right reasons.

After that we showed her pictures, joint bank account statements, car insurance policies, and credit card statements. This verified that we shared our accounts, and proved that we were legit.

She then said that she was going to recommend that we were approved, and that we should receive a notice in the mail in 30 days.

Good luck to you, and just be yourself, and you will do fine.
