OK SO I AM REALLY, REALLY EXCITED!!! Ian and I have had the house up for 3 weeks now and haven't had one little bite. Until yesterday!! He got a call in the afternoon saying that a couple will be around @ 5:30 pm. The thing that makes it so great is the fact that the couple aren't selling their house, rather they are going to rent it out and just get a mortgage for this one. Well they came by and they loved it!!! They called the realtor this afternoon to say that they loved it and want to make an offer. Now Ian being Ian is dragging his feet a bit and teasing me not letting me know what the offer is...ffs..lol. But this is great all around because Ian really wanted to be able to fly to NY with me when my visa is up here in the UK so he can see the area and look at property until he has to go back. I can't believe it!! Keep your fingers crossed all that the transaction goes smoothly and quickly!!! I would love to get back to NY a bit early so Ian can see a part of the summer anyway....

04/29/2006......MARRIED MY VERY OWN CLOWN WOOOHOOOO

Now we are through with immigration until the end of 2008. Please read my timeline to see our process. Remember, patience is a beatuiful thing if you can remember to keep it...I will be damned if we did lol. We are all here on this site for the same reason...lets all help one another...

We have had one viewer who came back for a second look and really loved ours but we think he is holding out (knowing that we are immigrating) just to see if we will drop the price. And last night we had another viewer who has also requested a second viewing, so I am hopeful :thumbs:

It's funny that you should say that actually because I thought that anyone who went through the house that knew we were immigrating would do the same thing. But Ian was firm last night in saying that he is flexible in price but will not lower just because of that. I had a dream the guy offered 189,000£ which it is up for 195,000£. So exciting...

Hope things go well and you get the asking price, I know that we will be prepared to drop a bit lower but you do not tell them that :no:
