please help again!!! No pink slip!!!

i don't know what happen to my status now!!! i'm done with my interview(jan.20,2009) but no pink slip, coz lacking of documents, but i submitted a day after my interview(Jan. 22,2009). But they did not say anything, they did not even tell me to pay the delivery fee!!! i don't know if i passed or not? sad.gif what do u think guys am I denied? i felt so bad....the filipino guy at the embassy who recieved my additional doc.(japan police clearance) he just told me to wait for the call, if it is ready to deliver, and i'll just pay it through COD!!! BUT I DO'NT KNOW WHEN? please help me..

you are not denied sis...i think its just because the pink slip is just a note instructing us to pay for the delbros delivery fee at the pavilion,.. i heard here they will use another courier so no pink slip for now...

Im sorry to hear that but dont worry, the good thing about it is that you are not denied ;) .........you have to be patient and wiat for their call. They might have to verify that Japan Police Clearance maybe :unsure:

I know receiving a pink slip is not a guarantee that i am approved or not but it would "somehow" lessen my stress knowing where i stand after the interview and not just wonder what the outcome was... :o

They still give out the pink slip. Just had my interview last Jan 22. even if they changed courier, they still give out the pink slip for you to present when you pay for the courier service.

If they kept your passport you are probably good to go, they will notify you.

Yes, but no. The "K" Visas are technically "non-immigrant" visas, but because the intention for the "K" Visa is to adjust status once in the US, they are processed in the same section as "immigrant" visas. So, using visapoint would schedule the appointment for the wrong section.

My wife had to submit documents also after the interview (she got white/blue slip). She wasn't asked to pay delivery but submitted passports with the docs listed on white slip and the 'filled up' (filipino term?) blue slip. She submitted the addtional documents on a Thursday and when I called USEM (Grace) on Tuesday, she said we're approved but visa hadn't been released for printing yet. My wife received text for delivery that Friday and received the visas on the following Monday.

Long story short is if they are satisfied that you have submitted correct docs, you shouldn't have to worry. I know you will anyway but maybe a little less now?

f they just ask u 2 submit d police clearance from japan then u don't have to worry as long as u r clear from japan. give them a couple of weeks. more or less 2 weeks. or 4weeks :innocent: then try to do follow-up call next week.
