Help pls. medical expiration, when?

Pls, help , I need some answers. For how long is our medical valid? Medical exam finished on Sept 26 for my kids. Mine was only the 8th of last month. They told me that it'll expire by March. So I have to leave the country before March.

Kids also have expired vaccines is it ok if we wait to get the 2nd dose, in the US?
