They said better to take vitamins before the Medical exam to keep you healthy

Ive been taking centrum several months now, but I guess it would also do good if you'd eat healthy stuff.

I'm taking a multi vitamins that my husband brought for me from States.

The name is One Day. Ged!, I've had a lot of hard time swallowing it coz its big pill.

Been taking it since May. But before I was taking Centrum.

But, its still a good thing too to eat balance diet.

HI there sweet wifey. In preparation for your medical exam: you must first not be nervous and be relaxed and make sure you get plenty of rest at least 8 hours before your actual date and then take vitamin c and increase your fluid intake. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables also so could cleans your colon before that 2 day medical.First and foremost- YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT IF YOU HAVE BEEN LIVING A HEALTHY LIFE FOR THE PAST YEARS -then there shouldnt really any problems ..THINK POSITIVE AND STAY OPTIMISTIC.. and PRAY COZ GOD WILL SURELY GRANTS ALL THE DESIRES OF YOUR HEART!!! Btw me and my fiance are just new to this website and i really dont know how to post or reply.i hope this will get to you..
