Stupid questions regarding filling out I-129F and G325A. Please help!!!

Yes...perfect topic to ask my questions as those are really stupid questions! But better be sure than filling out things in the wrong way I guess...

i-129 Part 2 Question 3.a In care of Name: Do i need to fill that out if its in my name anyway and my name is spelled just like it is in the top part already? And generally also at the petitioners address, do we need to fill out the IN CARE OF NAME part or is that just for addresses where its in someone elses name than the person its about?

i-129 Part 2 Question 30 Phone number: local phone number (in our case the german phone number) of the benef.? with our without the 001 for calling from the states?

i-129 Part 2 Question 34.a Describe the circumstances under which you met. So i figured they would have let more space if they wanted to know each and every detail, of course I could write an essay about our first dates and how we moved in together and all the travelling we do together but I m not sure if thats what they want. Here is what I wrote now:

We met and moved in together in Germany July'12.Kevin moved to TX 2 months ago since then one 3 week visit

It juuuuust fits into that tiny little space now but I m not quite sure if its enough Anyways...would be very helpful to hear what you think!
