hi there everyone..

Ive been reading this forum for couple of days already...

until Im finally able to post a question!!1 =)

Like many other cases here,

im a B1/B2, who came in 2000, and overstayed ...

well, time passed by, and i met a great guy.... who is my husband now...

we've been married for almost a year now..

and because of Money issues, we were not able to send all the paper work until now!!!

Well, i have all my forms ready.. . THANKS TO THIS GREAT FORUM.. and the people who i have requested as friends.

and all the great info and experiences that have been post here!!!

I haven't seen my dad n grandma, for almost 9 years.. my greatgrandma.. has passed away already =(

and my husband would like to take me to my country in March of this year.

so, my question is,

can i send the I-131 with all the package ready i have (form I-130, I-485, I-765, I-365A, Medical Exams and supporting documents)

WHAT ARE THE PRONS AND CONS about sending this form I-131?

Im just afraid that i go visit my dad for a week, and im not able to get back!

Thanks for all your help GUYS!!! :help:
