Hello,

When my husband filed for the K-1 visa, he put my parent's address down as his intended address in the United States. However, plans have changed and we will be living at my apartment. He put my apartment address down on the form he filled out on the plane, but should we still file for a change of address for him?

Also, does change of address cause a lot of confusion and delays? Once I graduate in May, I will be looking for a job and we will be moving. So, we'll have to file for an address change again. Has anyone experienced problems in doing so? I wish we could just lie and say we are living at my parent's house since there's is a permanent address and then we wouldn't have to deal with all this address change #######.

Any advice/help for me? Thanks!

10-28-08: Interview! Approved!

12-20-08: U.S. Entry (POE Chicago)

1-2-09: Marriage

1-27-09: AOS package sent

2-3-09: NOA1 for I-485, I-765, and I-131

2-9-09: RFE received (need more income info. for household member)

2-24-09: Biometrics appoinment

2-25-09: RFE information sent back
