I-129F NVC - Worried about my I-129f and other documents

I understand it is not a game that is why I asked for any information someone once told me that to get something notarized does not mean anything but affidavets are notarized and its just u swearing to something. I will have her go ahead and see about getting something from the Japan government that says she is single if at all posible.

All we want is to be together and if we thought that showing how we feel by calling each other husband and wife in an email would be a potential denial point for a K1 visa we would have never started it. We call each other dear and love some but, for us using husband and wife is the most endering name even though we are not already married.

All I can do at this point is to hope that the OC in the interview understands that it is just our way of showing extream affection for each other.
